Eigenschaften

Insute 25-pro is a high-performance insulation material specially developed for the retrofitting of cavity walls in double-skin masonry. The foamed acrylic copolymer is hydrophobic and offers excellent thermal insulation properties. Thanks to its fluid and free-flowing consistency, the material can be applied efficiently in confined or hard-to-reach areas. It is ideal for cavity insulation in voids with a gap width of 20 mm or more. In the case of narrow cavities, check whether there are any mortar bridges present. The fine grain size ensures uniform and reliable insulation.

Rohstoffe und Herstellungsverfahren

The insulation material consists of acrylic copolymer foam flakes, which are manufactured in Germany across four stages of the production process. In the first stage, the polymers are produced; in the second stage, they are expanded in a foaming plant specially developed for this material. This is followed by the grinding of the foamed granules into flakes, which are then opacified and packaged in the fourth stage. Other additives: graphite, flame-retardant binder.
